Combining forces within the Maritime Delta

The Maritime Delta is the largest maritime hotspot in West Europe, ranging from the Maasvlakte up to Gorinchem and Werkendam. This region hosts one of the strongest, biggest and most diversified maritime clusters of the world.

In the program ‘Maritime Delta’ several  governments, businesses, trade- & network-organisations, knowledge & education institutions cooperate to develop the maritime business in this region even more. This program is coordinated by InnovationQuarter and contains a wide range of activities. The focus of the total program is on: Innovation, Human Capital and Branding & Acquisition.

RMSC participates in the Maritime Delta to stimulate the interaction between the maritime industry and the maritime business services. Together we can speed up development and implementation of new technologies and stay ahead of international competitors. This kind of corporation is particular important in promising niche markets like Aquatic Drones and Offshore Wind.

In April, RMSC will organize a trend session with the Maritime Delta network on new ways of finance, as this is an important subject for the whole maritime industry. More information on this session will follow soon.
